How to Order

By Phone 

Call 020 8877 9954, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. This is the easiest way to order as we can give advice about sizing and availability over the phone.

By Fax 

Fax the completed order form to 020 8875 5771.

By Post 

Post the completed order form to AZTEC, Unit 1, Block 5, Morrie Street, Wandsworth, London, SW18 1SL.

Special Orders 

You can order our knitwear in any special size you would like. Please call for surcharge prices and delivery times. Please note - we cannot exchange special orders.

How to Pay

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and SWITCH. Alternatively you can pay by cheque. Please make your cheque payable to AZTEC and remember to write your card number and expiry date on the reverse.

Please note when you confirm payment online, your money will be taken off your card IMMEDIATELY by our payment provider Worldpay. We make every attempt to get your order to you ASAP, but please note, as indicated, we do run low on stock from time to time, which may delay delivery of your order.

Terms & Conditions

Delivery 

When items are in stock we aim to have your order with you within ten days. If your goods have not arrived within two weeks after ordering, please contact us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered goods after this time limit.

We charge, across-the-board, £4 for delivery. This is below the standard price for UK post and packaging. This price applies however large or small your order may be. Each requested delivery is charged separately.

Express Delivery

If you need your goods in a hurry, we suggest you use our express delivery service. This costs an extra £4 on top of regular P&P. For orders received before 1pm we guarantee delivery on the next working day. For orders received after 1pm we guarantee delivery within two working days.

Overseas Orders

We are happy to receive credit card orders from overseas. For delivery charges and lead times please email us on info@aztecstore.com or phone us on +44 20 8877 9954. Please note that you may have to pay local import duties on receipt.

Returns and Exchanges 

If you are unhappy with your goods, you may send them back for an exchange, a credit note or a full refund. You have SEVEN days from date of receipt to return the goods for a full REFUND.

For obvious reasons we are unable to refund any PERSONALISED items unless the item is faulty.

Please complete the returns form supplied with your delivery and let us know your credit card details if applicable.

Goods must be returned within SEVEN days, unworn and in their original packaging. Please note: We are unable to accept returns beyond this time limit and we are unable to refund used or customer damaged goods.

Receipts for refunds will not be posted. In all cases we are not responsible for goods that fail to reach us. Please obtain a proof of posting from your post office. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colours in the catalogue is accurate. As our knitwear is individually hand-produced there might be slight differences from the catalogue. We like to think that this adds to the authenticity of our brand.
